De Chanceny ‘Cremant de Loire’ Brut Blanc is from the Loire Valley, France's largest producer of sparkling wines outside of the Champagne Region.
Cremant, meaning "creamy" in French is the officially sanctioned term for sparkling wines from around France that are made in the same traditional method as champagne but not actually from the Champagne Region.
De Chanceny ‘Cremant de Loire’ Brut Blanc is produced by Alliance Loire, just south of France. This modern co-operative is driven by strong, simple values - solidarity, respect and creativeness - values enhanced by a real team spirit, which enrich each stage of the wine production process.
This delicious, fresh, straw coloured sparkling wine with tiny bubbles is dry, light bodied and very satisfying, making it the perfect accompaniment for seafood of all descriptions. Being easy to drink, it would also make an ideal picnic bubbly !!
