ABOUT THE WINERY

Dogarina produces modern and elegant wines, respecting the culture and the spirit of farming, which has always distinguished it, thanks to the expert skills of the winemakers who, over the years, have refined the techniques of fermentation and processing of the grapes.

The method used by Dogarina for its production of sparkling wines is the sparkling of wine in an autoclave which enhances the floral and fresh nature of the Prosecco.
The company, aware of the importance this sector has taken in recent years, has taken the necessary steps to become  the undisputed star of the wine scene of Treviso. The barrel room, flagship of the company, enshrines the barrels where the wines of the "Selezioni" line, such as the Raboso and Cabernet Sauvignon, rest. The premises, maintained at a controlled temperature, allow optimal aging of the wines in accordance with the laws of nature, enhancing  flavors and aromas.

ABOUT THE WINE

The Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin (DOCG) is awarded to fine wines bearing the State flag that guarantees their origin andquality. The bottles are equipped with a numbered label and distributed by the Consorzio di Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG, estabilished in 2009; this production represents the cutting edge in the production of Prosecco. The DOCG designation means the production of wine in a hilly area of the province of Treviso, in the municipalities of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, an area particularly suitable for the production of sparkling wine, thanks to its climatic characteristics, at an altitude between 50 and 500 m above the sea level.

You’ll notice right away the small bubbles in our Prosecco Superiore Brut that explode with fragrance in your glass.

The perfume is true to Prosecco: lime, acacia, and intense fruit. It has an excellent savoriness thanks to the winemakers choice to use little sugar. A perfect prosecco for all dishes.

Enjoy :)
